This notice describes information handled through the Casper Digital Media website, including its Casper Creative division. It applies to website visits and project inquiries.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, industry, selected division and service, project description, budget range and timeline. It also records your consent and the time of submission. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your brief.
Why the information is used
Inquiry information is used to assess your request, prepare an appropriate response, discuss a possible project and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Information may also be needed to maintain the website and prevent abuse.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The hosting infrastructure processes requests and may maintain operational and security logs. The form does not currently send automatic email confirmations or forward inquiries to an external CRM. Access to inquiry records is restricted through the site’s hosting controls.
Spam protection and essential data
The inquiry service uses an invisible form field, timing checks and submission limits to reduce abuse. A short-lived hash derived from connection information is used to count requests; the form’s abuse table does not store the raw IP address. Hosting services may process connection information separately for security and operation.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently install advertising pixels or optional analytics. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for authentication, access control or security. Any future non-essential tracking should be reflected in an updated notice and appropriate visitor choices before it is enabled.
Embedded films
Featured films use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Loading or playing a film connects your browser to YouTube and Google, which may process connection and playback information under their privacy policy. Background films start muted where browser settings allow, and can be paused using the film controls.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry information should be retained only while it is needed for the inquiry, a resulting business relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form and describing your privacy request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
